1.Make mold, it is by cnc machine, then need wash by sandblasting machine,

The mold normally use copper materials. You can make mold by yourself or from
other factory.

2.Then we need mixing the silicone materials:

Among some of our customers who produce silicone label embossing, sometimes the silicone label is not strong on fabric, it comes off once hand buckle and wash, now we offer the following solutions:

The first time to use the new mold, the following points will affect the silicone label not strong embossing on fabric:
firstly, clean the mold again by detergent after sandblasting; second, check the distance between the mold and up heating plate, whether to adjust or not; If the silicone label has two layers, after injection the first layer silicone, we need baking, but it can not be baking too much, if the first layer silicone baking time is too long, and can not be deeply adhesive with new silicone (the second layer), resulting in silicone label embossing on fabric not strong.
Secondly, the silicone material is not good, we mixing in wrong ritao, if the silicone is too dry or too thin it will directly lead to silicone label embossing on fabric not strong.

Among our many customers who produce silicone label embossing, ont only 1 or 2 customer feedback that in the silicone label embossing production, it will cause the obvious bubble quality problem if did not grasp the vacuum time and the intensity of vacuum pump during vacuum.so in order to facilitate customers better use of our silicone embossing machine to make better products, special introduce our silicone vacuum machine through several experiments, because our silicone vacuum machine can be programmed to set the time, grasp the strength of extraction, so tha to reduce the source of bubble production and rejection.

After the vacuum completed,then filling the silicone into mold, In the filling process, it not means silicone waste less if we filling less, the extra silicone can be recycle, the bubble happened because of the silicone flows, so we full filling of the mold will effectively reduce the gap between the mold and the product, to produce the product more perfect, reduce the bubbles.

The third problem is mold cleaning, the mold is not clean, as far as possible to use soft fabric gently scrub to avoid mold deformation in the cleaning of the mold.

The above three points are the main reason for the bubble, of course there are also have other reasons this will not mentioned here.
