The first time to use the new mold, the following points will affect the silicone label not strong embossing on fabric:
firstly, clean the mold again by detergent after sandblasting; second, check the distance between the mold and up heating plate, whether to adjust or not; If the silicone label has two layers, after injection the first layer silicone, we need baking, but it can not be baking too much, if the first layer silicone baking time is too long, and can not be deeply adhesive with new silicone (the second layer), resulting in silicone label embossing on fabric not strong.
Secondly, the silicone material is not good, we mixing in wrong ritao, if the silicone is too dry or too thin it will directly lead to silicone label embossing on fabric not strong.
